A museum dedicated to Hisa Soyano, a local watercolor painter. These works were painted with a shade of blue known as Soyano Blue, and show off the charms of Azumino such as the Northern Japan Alps reflected in water-filled rice paddies, a snow-capped Mt. Jonen, and evening views of Mt. Ariake. A number of sketches painted while Soyano traveled Europe are also popular.
